We approached CY to help produce 3 variations of T Shirts. He was very helpful from the start, even helping us with designing the mock up himself as we lacked the resources to do so. CY was always very patient and helpful in catering to our needs. We also appreciated that The Cottonink had very many samples and cuts of T Shirts to choose from in addition to many styles of printing.
CY was generous with his time and met with us on several occasions until we were settled on the final outcome. Once the design was settled and deposit was paid on our part, production was done within the time promised and delivery of goods was prompt and in the correct quantity. We are very happy with the final product - our T Shirts look smart and well made.
As a business, we were worried with going with a new merchandise supplier as we had previously engaged with other suppliers who gave us a bad experience in terms of product quality and production timeline. This was not the case with The Cottonink and happy to report that we trust them fully.
We will be re-engaging with CY and his team to produce more garments again soon!

If I could replace the definition in the dictionary for the meaning of the word "reliable", I will gladly put Mr Kevin's face (the said cute hamster looking human). Not only going out of the way and going the extra mile for his customers, some said that Mr Kevin may even give up his life for his clients.
Choices of materials? they make the factories in China look like a joke. Not only they have the material only worn by the gods, they also provide a good range of choices for the average peasants.
Speed of work? legends says that, you should elevate your expectations of delivery speed, and The cotton ink will put your expectations to shame by out running it.
Overall, it is because of the kindness of the owner Mr Kevin that inspires millions to buy from him. Also, a kitten or puppy will be rescues for every single apparel sold here.
