More than ten printing methods, because two were never enough
Most print shops run two or three methods and fit your design to whatever is on the floor. We went the other way, and it was not really a business decision — we kept running into artwork that deserved better than we could give it.
A gradient that silkscreen flattened. A logo that wanted real depth rather than a printed impression of it. A design for an outdoor launch that should have changed as people walked into the sun. Every one of those sent us looking for another method, and several of the ten we now run are genuinely hard to find in Malaysia.
- Silkscreen, spot colour — best value on larger runs and bold, flat colours.
- Silkscreen, CMYK process — photographic artwork with screen-print durability.
- DTG — full colour printed straight onto cotton. Best for fine detail, multi-coloured small print runs
- DTF / heat press — full colour transfer for cotton, polyester and blends.
- Sublimation — all-over designs bonded into the fabric. Cannot crack or peel.
- High density — thick, sharp-edged raised print. The premium streetwear finish.
- Silicone TPU — a true 3D transfer, laser-cut from silicone. Clean edges, soft to the touch, will not crack.
- Flock — soft velvety texture, matte finish. Sports and heritage lettering.
- Reflective transfer — catches and returns light. Night events and safety wear.
- Heat-reactive print — muted in air-conditioning, vivid outdoors. The colours shift with temperature.
- Embroidery — stitched, not printed. Survives industrial washing.
Which is why we ask to see your design before we quote. Not to price it up — to work out which method will make it look its best inside your budget. Sometimes that is the expensive option. Often it is not, and we will tell you so.
The real cost of a t-shirt isn’t what you paid for it
Almost every quote gets compared on one number: cost per piece. It is the easiest thing to compare, and it is the wrong thing to compare.
A shirt that costs RM18 and gets worn twice before it disappears into the back of a drawer cost you RM9 every time somebody put it on. A shirt that costs a few ringgit more, feels good enough that your staff actually reach for it, and still looks right after fifty washes — that one costs you cents per wear, and your logo is out in the world the whole time.
So the question we would rather you asked is not “what does this cost per piece?” but “how many times will this get worn?” That is the number that decides whether the order was worth doing.
We are not the cheapest printer in the Klang Valley and we do not try to be. We would rather make you something people keep putting on.
Quantities and pricing
- 20 to 99 pieces — printed onto ready-made garments from our stocked range.
- 100 pieces and above — fully custom-made. Choose your own fabric and cutting.
- Your own garments — yes, from 100 pieces.
A cotton tee with a one-colour print starts from RM18 per piece at 50 pieces. Price moves with the printing method, the quantity and the material — send us those three and you will have an exact figure within 30 minutes.
The garments we print on

Cotton roundneck tee
The workhorse. Event tees, merchandise, team wear and staff shirts. Takes every printing method we offer, and the best value at volume.

Polo shirt
The default for staff uniforms and corporate wear. Embroidery on the left chest gives the most durable finish and survives daily washing.

Business shirt
Collar and cuffs for front-of-house, reception and formal uniforms — where staff need to look dressed rather than kitted out.

Hooded sweatshirt
Merchandise, university and club wear. A heavier garment that carries large prints well, and the one people actually keep wearing.

Microfiber tee & jersey
Sportswear, outdoor events and sporting events. Lightweight and quick-drying, and the right base for all-over sublimation.

Caps
Brushed cotton caps, embroidered, for event giveaways. Most often ordered alongside a uniform or merchandise run.
Available in regular fit, oversize and loose fit. Tell us what the garments are for and we will recommend a combination.
We bring in our own fabrics
There is a standard set of blanks that nearly every printer in the country works from. We use them too, and they are fine. But at some point we got tired of the answer to “can we get something better?” being “this is what is available.”
So we source our own — each one tested, washed and worn before it goes anywhere near a client’s order. Not because it makes a nice story, but because the fabric is what decides whether the shirt gets worn a second time. Here are some of them.

Cotton interlock
A double-knit cotton with the same smooth face on both sides. Denser and more stable than a standard jersey, so it holds its shape and resists curling at the hem.

Combed cotton
The short fibres are combed out before spinning, leaving a smoother, stronger yarn. Softer on the skin, less prone to pilling, and it holds fine print detail cleanly.

Cotton Mesh
Two layers, each doing a different job. Cotton on the inside against the skin, microfiber on the outside to move air — so it feels like cotton and breathes like a technical fabric. It also holds its size: no shrinkage after washing, which matters rather a lot when you have ordered against a staff size chart.

Cotton polyester piqué
Cotton’s comfort with polyester’s durability. It shrinks less, creases less and holds its colour through repeated industrial washing — the usual choice for uniforms laundered week after week.
On orders of 100 pieces and above you can choose your own fabric and cutting from that full range, so the garment is built to your specification rather than adapted from whatever was in stock.
What we would need from you
Three things, and none of them need to be finished:
- What garment — roundneck, polo, hoodie, or tell us what it is for and we will suggest one
- Your design — final artwork if you have it, a rough sketch or a reference if you do not
- Roughly how many — an approximate number is enough to start
Send those and you will hear back within 30 minutes with a price and, more usefully, which of the ten methods we would use on your artwork and why.
Before we print a single piece
You approve a digital mockup on the actual garment colour. Then, once the order is confirmed, we produce one physical sample free of charge — a real shirt, printed properly, in your hands.
We do this because nobody should commit a few thousand ringgit to something they have only seen on a screen. And because occasionally the sample tells us the method was wrong, and we would much rather find that out on one shirt than on three hundred.

Common questions
Do you print single pieces or small quantities?
No. Our minimum is 20 pieces. Below that the setup cost outweighs the value of the job, so we would rather tell you upfront than waste your time.
How much does a printed t-shirt cost?
From RM18 per piece for a cotton tee with a one-colour print at 50 pieces. The final figure depends on the method, quantity and material.
Can I choose my own fabric and cutting?
Yes, on orders of 100 pieces or more. Below that we print onto ready-made garments from our stocked range.
How long will it take?
Two weeks for ready-made, four weeks for custom-made, from the moment you approve the mockup. Rush service available on request.
Can I see it before the full run is printed?
Yes, twice. You approve a digital mockup first, then we produce one physical sample free of charge once the order is confirmed.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, from 100 pieces.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest result. Send whatever you have and we will tell you if it needs redrawing.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Yes — anywhere in Malaysia, to Singapore, and internationally.
